Delivery Policy
At Evergreen Floors, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find important details about our delivery services, including charges, areas we deliver to, and what to do if you encounter any issues with your delivery. Please review the information carefully to ensure a hassle-free process.
Delivery Charges
- We offer free delivery on all orders over £250 (excluding VAT).

For orders under £250, a £45 plus VAT delivery charge will apply.
Delivery Areas
- Our delivery services cover the UK mainland only, excluding the Highlands.
- We do not currently offer delivery outside of these regions.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made between 9 am and 6 pm on working days.
- Orders placed before 2 pm are eligible for next-day delivery (subject to availability).
Curbside Delivery
- Please note that all deliveries are curbside. This means that items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point to your property, typically the roadside or front entrance.
Damaged Items
- If any items arrive damaged, they must be reported upon receipt of the pallet.
- The paperwork must be signed by both the recipient and the delivery driver to acknowledge the damage.
